Our virtual events aim to recreate the authentic winery experience, allowing participants to virtually step into our tasting room and engage with the owner. The format typically kicks off with a warm welcome from your company, followed by an introduction to Mission Peak Wines. Participants then return to the tasting room, where they can explore wines chosen from our suggested trios or a custom selection. The experience is interactive, fostering discussions about the flavors and characteristics of each wine.

How is the event coordinated?

Once a date is established, your company will furnish us with the shipping details of your wine tasting participants at least 2 weeks beforehand. We’ll then process your order, expertly pack and ship the wines, and can include any custom printed materials you provide in the package if desired. You’ll receive tracking information to ensure all participants have received their wine.
Typically, we utilize our Zoom account to host the event. You provide a list of participant contact information, and we’ll send out calendar invites containing the Zoom video conference link and instructions. Additionally, a reminder email will be sent on the day of the tasting. Alternatively, your team can organize its own online event, coordinating links and instructions for participants.
We offer food pairings for tastings at an additional cost, with chocolate pairings being particularly popular for occasions such as Halloween, Valentine’s Day, and Bachelorette parties.

How much does a corporate virtual wine tasting event cost?

We’ve curated tasting packages known as Tasting Trios. The cost comprises the wine, applicable taxes, and shipping. Tastings begin at $100 per person, with the total event cost estimated by multiplying the tasting selection cost by the number of households, along with a $30 shipping fee per person plus tax.
Custom tasting sets can be arranged upon request, and companies can contact us to create a unique tasting experience for their participants.

What is the minimum or maximum number of participants and wine to book a corporate tasting event?

A minimum of 10 participants (or households) is required to book a tasting, with a recommended maximum of 30 participants to ensure a more personal and interactive experience. For larger groups exceeding 30, we suggest breaking the event into two sessions, unless a webinar-style tasting is preferred, which is also available for larger gatherings.

For more extensive events, such as conferences and meetings with over 60 people, please reach out to us directly to discuss specific arrangements.

How far in advance do we need to book this event?

Ideally, we request the list of participant mailing addresses at least 10 business days before the event date. However, we can accommodate shorter notice, and Next Day Air options are available at an additional cost, depending on location.

Do participants need to open all the wines for the tasting?

Participants are free to open one or all of their wines – there’s no wrong way to virtual wine taste! Brittni will guide the group through each wine, and participants can choose to enjoy all the wines simultaneously or save some for a later date. If opened, the wines remain delicious for 3-5 days if sealed and refrigerated.
